Movement Therapy is the private practice of Michele Thomas, an internationally trained specialist physiotherapist providing evidence-based care in Lusaka. 

I work closely with each patient to deliver individualised assessment and rehabilitation, using current best evidence to guide treatment and promote safe, confident movement.
I believe that Movement is Medicine.
